Announcement: The Seven Knights of Princess Snow White
Plus: Upcoming Comic and Possible Rebranding!
Hi everyone!
It’s been a little while!
As I alluded in my last post, I needed to take a break from regular posts to finish the next part of The Red Riding Hood Saga, and I’m glad to say that I’m finally ready to start posting it!
So, read on to find out more!
The Seven Knights of Princess Snow White
As mentioned, the next part of The Red Riding Hood Saga is finally ready!
This will be a seven-part short story, with each part posted over the next seven weeks - starting this Thursday (April 24th) at 9AM EST!
A side story in the Saga, it will see the titular Seven Knights taking on the dragon Fáfnir! 😱
I hope that both returning readers and newcomers to the Saga will enjoy it! 😊
(There will also be a Commentary post for the whole thing a week after Part Seven, for those who enjoy them. 🙂)
Possible Rebranding
It’s time to admit… that this newsletter’s title sounds like gibberish… 😅
As such, I’ll be slowly rebranding the newsletter when I get the time and energy over the next little while - so don’t be put off if you see this newsletter under a different name.
I’m still working on the new name, but I’ve been toying around with something like Hatching Stories - I think that speaks to how I like to take the time to nurture my stories before letting them hatch. And, it fits with the semi-bird theme I have going on here! 😆
(For those curious: LOTIS stands for Lady of the Ivory Sword, a STILL-unreleashed fantasy story that I’ve been toying around with for years. I found out that lotis blue butterflies are a now-extinct species of butteries, and I enjoyed the coincidence. Heroes just came from me being obsessed with superheroes (DC, Marvel, Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, etc.) at the time. Hence, Lotis Heroes… Ah, to be young… 😅)
Audrey, The Unicorn Girl
Lastly, as I’ve mentioned several times before - I’ve been working to get a comic that I’ve written illustrated over these past few years.
I’m glad to say that I’ve finally received all the pages, and I’ll be working to put the whole thing together over the next little while!
Here’s the current cover:
Audrey is just a normal girl going to middle school… Except that she has a horn on her head, just like a unicorn! Join us for this slice-of-life comic, as Audrey navigates life as a Unicorn Girl!
The current plan is to run a new chapter over eight weeks, along with an ebook version available for purchase to those of you who want to read ahead, read it all in one go, or just want to support me with a little tip. 😉 I hope to have all this ready for after The Seven Knights of Snow White concludes!
The artist for this is Vanessa Almeida, and it was a pleasure working with her - go check out her Instagram!
Thank you all for your patience while I took some time off!
Unfortunately, work and other life stuff (like tax returns, fun stuff… 🙄) still has me in their grips, so I still won’t be as active online as I was for the next little while…
But, I hope that you’ll join me for The Seven Knights of Snow White starting on Thursday!

Thank you for reading! If you’ve enjoyed my work, please consider liking, sharing, subscribing, and/or buying me a tea - it really helps! Thank you!
Omg! Audrey The Unicorn Girl sounds so good! I love cute cosy slice of life comics and the cover is amazing! I'm so excited to read it when it's released! Hatching Stories is a great name for a newsletter and yeah it suits the vibe of your newsletter so well.
